Refund and cancellation policy

The policy

All purchases are final. A dummy ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable, and no refund is given once the booking has been confirmed. This is the same wording as section 4 of our terms and conditions.

Why orders are final

A dummy ticket is not a product that sits on a shelf. When your payment is confirmed, the booking desk creates a reservation in the airline's system in your name. The service has been delivered at that point, and the reservation cannot be handed back or passed to another traveller.

Check these before you pay

• Every passenger name is spelled exactly as in the passport, with given names and surname in the right boxes.
• The route is the one you will write on the visa form.
• The travel dates match your hotel booking, travel insurance and cover letter.
• The receiving date is close to the day you will use the document. A reservation is a temporary hold.
• The email address and WhatsApp number are correct.

If something is wrong

Message us on WhatsApp with your order ID as soon as you notice a problem. If the reservation does not match the details you entered on the form, send a screenshot of the difference so the booking desk can look into it. If your plans have changed, tell us the new dates and we will explain the quickest way to get a reservation that matches them.

The PNR should open on the airline's website while the reservation is live. If it does not, follow the steps in how to verify your PNR and then contact us.

Visa decisions

A visa is decided by the embassy or consulate on the whole application. A refusal, a delay or a request for more documents is not grounds for a refund, because the reservation was issued as ordered.
