For UK, US, Canada and Australia visitor visas, a flight booking is generally not a required document. The UK Home Office lists flight bookings among evidence that is "less useful", except for transit. Some applicants still include a reservation so the dates on the form and the cover letter line up. One caution on the onward row: a few rules ask for a ticket that has been paid for. New Zealand's visa-waiver page says "Your onward tickets must be paid for before your travel", and the US Visa Waiver Program requires a round trip ticket. A held reservation does not meet either rule; a refundable fare does.

What every reservation includes

Every flight reservation we issue is a booking made in the airline's reservation system and held without paying the fare. It is not an edited or generated PDF, it is not a paid ticket, and it cannot be used to board a flight. Each one contains:

Each passenger's name as printed in the passport, up to nine per order
The airline, flight numbers, route and dates
A PNR you can open on the airline's Manage booking page while the hold is live (see how to check a PNR)
A PDF sent by email or WhatsApp, typically 10 to 20 minutes after payment is confirmed, or on the date you choose on the form

How long the hold stays live is set by the airline, and we do not publish a fixed validity period. Receive it the day before you need it, and check the PNR before you submit.

What differs between the services

Only the shape of the itinerary and what is attached to it. A one-way reservation covers the journey out; a return adds a dated journey home at no extra charge. Multi-city covers trips that fly into one city and out of another, or cross several countries. The hotel pages add a voucher for the city and the check-in and check-out dates you enter. The family page puts up to nine passengers on one order.

You choose the route, and the booking desk chooses the airline. You can name a preferred airline in the notes box, but it is a request, not a promise. If your trip mixes two services, such as a family on a multi-city route, pick the closest page and ask us on WhatsApp before you order.

Outside India the same prices are charged in US dollars, about US$8.50 for each ₹699, by PayPal, debit card or credit card. On the booking form, enter each passenger's name as printed in the passport, date of birth, nationality, route, travel dates, your email address or WhatsApp number, and the date you want to receive the reservation. There is no passport scan and no account.

Customers in India pay by UPI and send the payment screenshot on WhatsApp. Everyone else pays by PayPal, debit card or credit card. Orders are final once the reservation is issued, so check names and dates before you pay.
Receive the PDF and check the PNR
