Dummy ticket for visa: a real reservation, not a real fare.
Dummy Tickets Visa (DTV) issues genuine airline reservations for visa files and onward travel. ₹699 per passenger, one way or return, delivered by email or WhatsApp in 10–20 minutes.
- Used for Schengen, UK, US and Canada files
- UPI in India, PayPal or card abroad
- Up to 9 passengers on one itinerary
- Choose the day you receive it
What is a dummy ticket?
A dummy ticket is a genuine airline flight reservation held without paying the fare. It is created in the airline's own booking system, so it carries a real PNR (booking reference) that anyone, including a visa officer, can look up on the airline's "Manage booking" page. You receive the same kind of itinerary PDF a travel agent issues: airline, flight numbers, dates, route and booking status.

It exists because of a contradiction in most visa checklists. The consulate wants proof of your flights in the file, and in the same breath tells you not to buy a ticket until the visa is issued. A reservation solves that: real proof, small cost.
It is not a photoshopped PDF, and it is not a travel ticket. You cannot board with it, and no document can guarantee a visa. Read the full explanation.

Paid ticket, dummy ticket or edited PDF?
Three ways people put proof of travel into a visa file. Only one is both safe and sensible.
| Feature | DTV dummy ticket | Paid airline ticket | Edited or invented PDF |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost per person | ₹699 | ₹40,000 or more | ₹0–300 |
| PNR found on the airline site | Yes, while the hold is live | Yes | No |
| Money at risk if the visa is refused | ₹699 | The fare, or heavy change fees | None, but see below |
| Risk to the application | None from the document itself | None | Refusal, possibly a ban |
| Can you fly on it? | No, it is a reservation | Yes | No |

7 min readRead guide →What exactly is a dummy ticket?
A dummy ticket is a genuine airline flight reservation held without paying the full fare. It is created inside the airline booking system, so it has a real PNR (booking reference) and appears on the airline website like any other booking. Embassies also call it a flight itinerary, a flight reservation or a booking on hold. It is not a paid ticket and cannot be used to board a flight.
Is a dummy ticket legal for visa applications?
Yes. A dummy ticket is a real airline reservation, and a reservation is what most visa checklists ask for. Several consulates, including Schengen ones, advise applicants not to buy a ticket until the visa is issued. What is not acceptable is an edited or invented PDF with no booking behind it.
Can the embassy or a visa officer verify my PNR?
Yes. Every reservation we issue has a PNR that can be looked up on the airline "Manage booking" page while the reservation is held. You can run the same check yourself before you submit. Our PNR verification guide shows the steps.
What is the difference between a dummy ticket and a fake ticket?
A fake ticket is an edited PDF with an invented booking code. It fails any check and can get a visa refused. A dummy ticket is a real reservation in the airline system that passes the check. Never submit a fake ticket to an embassy.
How much does a dummy ticket cost?
₹699 per passenger for a one-way or return reservation, ₹699 per hotel booking per passenger, and ₹699 per two flights per passenger on multi-city itineraries. International customers pay the equivalent in US dollars through PayPal or card. See the full price list.
How fast will I receive my ticket?
Typically within 10–20 minutes of payment confirmation. If you choose a future receiving date on the form, we issue the reservation on that date so the PNR is fresh when you need it.
How long does the PNR stay valid?
A reservation is a temporary hold, and how long it lasts depends on the airline. That is why the booking form asks when you want to receive it. We recommend receiving it one day before you will use it, and checking the PNR on the airline site before you submit.
How do I pay?
Customers in India pay by UPI using the QR code shown after the form. Everyone else pays by PayPal or by debit or credit card. After a UPI payment, send the payment screenshot on WhatsApp and we start processing.
Do you also provide hotel bookings?
Yes. You can add hotel reservations to the same order for ₹699 per hotel per passenger. Check-in and check-out dates are matched to your flights so the file reads consistently. Details are on the hotel booking page.
Can I use a dummy ticket as proof of onward travel?
Yes. Airlines at check-in and immigration officers at visa-free and visa-on-arrival destinations often ask for an onward or return booking. A verifiable reservation meets that request. Read more about proof of onward travel.
Which countries and visa types can I use it for?
Customers order reservations for Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, UAE, Japan, Singapore, Turkey and many other applications, in tourist, business, student and family-visit categories. Each consulate sets its own checklist, so check what yours asks for. Our visa guides cover the main destinations.
What details do you need from me?
Passenger names exactly as on the passport, date of birth, nationality, your route and travel dates, and an email address or WhatsApp number for delivery. No passport scan and no account are needed.
What if my travel dates change?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order ID and the new dates, and we will tell you the quickest way to get a reservation that matches the new plan.
Can I book for a family or a group?
Yes. You can add up to nine passengers in one order. Everyone appears on one itinerary, which is how a family booking normally looks to a visa officer.
Is my personal data safe?
Your details are used to create the reservation and to deliver it, and they are not sold. See the privacy policy.
Should I buy a real ticket before my visa is approved?
Usually not. If the visa is refused or delayed you are left with change fees or a slow refund. Reserve for ₹699, submit your file, and buy the fare once the visa is in your passport.
Boarding soon: your visa appointment.
A reservation you can verify on the airline website, from ₹699 per passenger.
