That matters because an officer can compare them in about a minute.
The rule is short. Hotel check-in on the day your flight lands, hotel check-out on the day your return flight leaves, the hotel in the city you land in, and every name spelled as in the passport.
The Schengen Visa Code asks for documents on accommodation, and Schengen checklists used in India ask for a flight reservation. UK, US, Canadian and Australian visitor visas generally do not require a flight booking, and the UK's supporting documents guide lists flight and hotel bookings among documents that are less useful as evidence. What the dummy ticket and hotel booking includes
₹1,398 buys one flight reservation and one hotel voucher for one passenger. The flight reservation (₹699) is a booking held in the airline's reservation system without paying the fare, with a PNR you can look up on the airline website; our flight itinerary for visa page explains what it shows. The price is per passenger, and each extra hotel adds ₹699 per passenger. Outside India, a flight plus one hotel is about US$17 per passenger, paid by PayPal or card. Both documents arrive by email or WhatsApp, typically 10–20 minutes after payment is confirmed. Weekends, holidays and busy periods can slow that down.

Setting the flight and hotel dates so they agree
Set the hotel check-in to the date your flight lands, and the check-out to the date your return flight leaves. Those two dates bracket your stay, and every night in between should be covered.
Watch the landing date. Some flights from India to Europe leave late at night and land the next morning, so the day you land can be a day after the day you leave. Say you fly out of Mumbai on the night of 11 October, land in Paris on 12 October and fly home on 20 October. The hotel runs from 12 October to 20 October: eight nights.
The booking desk chooses the flight, so you will not know the exact landing time when you fill in the form. Write in the notes box that your hotel check-in is on 12 October and you need to land that day. When the PDFs arrive, compare the landing date on the flight with the check-in date on the voucher first. If they differ, message us on WhatsApp with your order ID before you submit anything.
The same dates belong on the rest of your file: your application form, your travel insurance and your leave letter. Slovakia's Embassy in New Delhi states that, if an application is approved, "the visa will be issued according to the dates on the booking". Use the dates you really plan to travel.
The one-minute cross-check an officer can do
An officer can check four things across the two documents in about a minute: arrival, departure, city and names. Run the same check yourself before you submit.

A file that passes these four checks reads as one plan rather than two separate purchases. It does not decide the visa. An officer weighs the whole file, and we cannot tell you how a particular officer will read yours.

Trips with more than one city or a long stay
For more than one city you need one hotel per city, at ₹699 per hotel, per passenger, and together they should cover every night from landing to the return flight. Say you spend four nights in Paris and four in Rome, travelling between them by train. You fly into Paris and home from Rome: two flights, ₹699 on the multi-city option, plus two hotels at ₹1,398, which is ₹2,097 per passenger.
The leg between cities needs showing too. Switzerland's tourist checklist, for example, asks where it applies for proof of travel between Schengen countries: flights, a train itinerary or a car rental. What the combined order does not cover
The order covers a flight reservation and a hotel voucher, nothing else. Travel insurance is separate, and for a Schengen visa it has to be a real policy: the EU Visa Code (Article 15) sets minimum cover of €30,000 for the whole stay, as of September 2026. Orders are final once the reservation and voucher have been issued: non-refundable and non-transferable. If your dates change, message WhatsApp with your order ID and we will tell you the quickest way to get documents for the new dates. The refund policy has the details.
How to order flight and hotel together
Enter each passenger once
First name, surname, date of birth and nationality, exactly as in the passport, for up to 9 travellers on one itinerary.
Enter the flight
Choose Return, One way or Multi-city, then the cities and dates. For two cities with a train between them, use Multi-city with two flights.
Add the hotel
Click "Add a hotel" and enter the city, the check-in date (the day you land) and the check-out date (the day your return flight leaves). The total updates as you go.
Add notes, choose delivery and pay
Say in the notes box which day you need to land. Choose when you want to receive the documents, then pay by UPI in India, sending the payment screenshot on WhatsApp, or by PayPal or card from elsewhere.

Frequently asked questions
Do the flight and hotel get the same dates automatically?
No. You enter the flight dates and the hotel check-in and check-out separately, on the same form. Your check-in should be the day you land, which can be a day after you leave India, so copy the dates in with care. When the two PDFs arrive, compare the landing date on the flight with the check-in date on the voucher before anything else.
Can the hotel be in a different city from where I land?
Only if your file shows how you get there, such as a train booking or an onward flight. A flight into Paris with the only hotel in Rome, and nothing in between, reads as two unconnected plans. For more than one city, add one hotel per city and ask on WhatsApp before you order.
Can one hotel voucher cover a long stay?
Ask us before you order. We do not publish a limit on the number of nights one voucher can cover, so for a long stay, or for several cities, message us on WhatsApp with your cities and dates first. The booking desk will tell you how to lay the order out.
Does ₹1,398 include travel insurance or a cover letter?

What if my travel dates change after I have paid?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order ID and the new dates, and we will tell you the quickest way to get documents that match them. Change the flight and the hotel together, because an old check-out date left on the voucher is one of the most common mismatches. The original order is not refunded.
