For dummy ticket help after an order with Dummy Tickets Visa (DTV), message WhatsApp with your order ID, which starts with DTV. This page covers five after-sale problems: a PDF that has not arrived 10–20 minutes after payment is confirmed, a wrong name or date, a lapsed reservation or moved appointment, a refund question, or a receipt. There is no online order tracker.

For dummy ticket help after you have ordered, find your problem below, make the first check it lists, and then message us on WhatsApp with your order ID if that does not settle it. Your order ID starts with DTV. You will find it in the subject line of the booking email sent when you submitted the form, at the top of the payment page, and on the confirmation page after paying.
If the booking will not open on the airline's website, start elsewhere: how to verify your PNR shows the check, and PNR not showing on the airline website goes through the usual causes.
Dummy ticket help at a glance
The table lists each after-order problem with the first thing to check, what to send us, and where the rule is written down.
| Problem | Check first | Send us | Rule |
|---|---|---|---|
| PDF has not arrived | The delivery date you chose, then your spam folder | Order ID, and the UPI payment screenshot if you paid by UPI | Delivery times |
| A name, date or route is wrong | The PDF against your booking email and your passport | Order ID and a screenshot of the difference | Refund and cancellation policy |
| Reservation lapsed or appointment moved | Whether the PNR still opens on the airline's website | Order ID and the new date | Date change and reissue |
| Refund request | Whether the reservation has been issued | Order ID and what went wrong | Refund and cancellation policy |
| Receipt or invoice | The receipt button on the page you reached after paying | Order ID and the format you need | See the receipt section below |
| Order status | Your email inbox and WhatsApp | Order ID | No online tracker; ask on WhatsApp |
The PDF has not arrived
Check the date you picked under "When do you want to receive it?" on the order form first. The reservation is issued on that date, and on the day itself it typically arrives 10–20 minutes after your payment is confirmed. The terms allow longer at weekends, on holidays and in busy periods, and our delivery times page explains what that means for late-night orders.
Next, look in your spam and promotions folders. If the booking email, the one with "payment pending" in its subject line, is not there either, the email address on the form may have a typo. Send us your order ID with the correct address, or ask for the PDF on WhatsApp instead. After a UPI payment, also check that your screenshot reached our WhatsApp with the order ID, because the desk cannot start until it has matched your payment to your order.
A late PDF is a reason to message us, not to order again. Orders are final once issued, so a second order is a second non-refundable charge, not a faster one.
If your UPI app shows the money debited but the payment as failed or pending, the fault is between the banks. Under the Reserve Bank of India's rules on failed transactions, a UPI transfer that does not reach the receiving account must be reversed automatically within a set time, and the bank owes you compensation if it is late. Send us the screenshot anyway, so the desk can match it if the payment did go through.
A name, date or route is wrong
Compare the PDF with the "Your booking details" table in your booking email. That table shows every name, date of birth, route and travel date exactly as it was typed on the form, so it tells you whether the mistake came from the form or from the reservation.
- The PDF does not match the booking email. Send your order ID and a screenshot of both, with the difference marked, so the booking desk can look into it.
- The booking email has the same mistake. It was typed that way on the form. If your chosen delivery date has not come yet, message us with the correct spelling or date straight away. If the reservation has already been issued, the order is final under the refund and cancellation policy. Message us with the order ID and the desk will tell you the quickest way to get a corrected reservation. Do not assume a correction is free.
One apparent mismatch may not be an error. If your passport shows a given name and no surname, the airline's system still needs a surname field filled, so the name can look different on the PDF. How a single-name passport appears on a flight booking explains the formats; read it before you report a mismatch.
The reservation has lapsed or your appointment has moved
Message us on WhatsApp with your order ID and the new date, and the desk will tell you the quickest way to get a reservation that matches. Say whether only the appointment moved or your travel dates changed as well, because that decides what the new reservation has to show.
Say your reservation was issued on the 10th for an appointment on the 11th, and the visa centre moves you to the 18th. If your travel dates stay the same, first check whether the original PNR still opens on the airline's website. If it has lapsed, or the travel dates change too, send the order ID, the new appointment date and the travel dates you will now write on the visa form, and aim to have the new PDF on the 17th.
How long a hold stays live is set by the airline, which is why DTV publishes no fixed validity period. How long a reservation stays live explains how holds work, and date change, reissue and expiry sets out the options in full.
Refunds and cancellations
Once a reservation has been issued, the order is final: it is non-refundable and non-transferable. A visa refusal, a delay or a request for more documents does not change that, because the reservation was issued as ordered. The full wording is in the refund policy and in section 4 of the terms and conditions.
Because the rule applies from the moment of issue, the checks that protect you come before payment. The refund policy lists them: names exactly as in the passport, the route you will put on the visa form, and a delivery date close to the day you use the document. If you are about to order again after a problem, go through that list first.
Invoice or payment receipt
Your receipt is on the page you reach after paying: tap "Download receipt (PDF)". It shows the order reference, the amount in rupees with an approximate US dollar figure, the payment method and the date, plus a transaction ID for PayPal and card payments. The same details are sent to the address on your order in an email headed "Payment confirmed".
The receipt's status reads "pending verification", because it is produced before the booking desk has matched your payment. After a UPI payment, the transaction record in your own UPI app, with its reference number, is your proof that the money left your account. Keep it with the receipt. For PayPal and card payments, paying with PayPal or card explains the checkout.
If you closed the page without downloading the receipt, or you need something in a particular format, for example with a company name for an expense claim, ask on WhatsApp with your order ID well before you need it. Do not assume a particular format can be produced.
Where is my order?
There is no online order tracker, so ask on WhatsApp. Send your order ID and we will tell you whether your payment is still being matched, the reservation is being made, or the PDF has already been sent.
Mention which delivery method you chose on the form, email or WhatsApp, since that is where the PDF goes. If you picked a later delivery date, nothing will arrive before that date. That is the order working as set, not a delay.
What to send when you write to us
Put these in your first message, on WhatsApp or by email to contact@dummyticketsvisa.com, so the desk does not have to ask for them.
- Your order ID, which starts with DTV
- The email address and phone number you used on the order form
- Which passengers, route and travel dates the order covers
- For a payment problem, a screenshot showing the amount, the date and the transaction reference
- For a wrong detail, the correct spelling or date, written exactly as it should read
- For a date change, the new appointment date and any new travel dates
Questions that are not about an existing order, such as prices or what each form field does, are answered in how an order works and on the FAQ page.
Frequently asked questions
Can you resend the PDF, or send it on WhatsApp instead of email?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with your order ID and say where you want the PDF. The desk can resend it by email or send it on WhatsApp instead. If the email address on your order was mistyped, give the correct one in the same message so the resend goes to the right place.
The PDF shows a different airline from the one I asked for. Is that a mistake?
No. The booking desk chooses the airline and flight, and a preferred airline typed in the notes box is a request, not a promise. What must match your plans are the passenger names, the route and the dates. If one of those is wrong, compare the PDF with your booking email and follow the steps in the wrong-details section above.
Is there a fixed charge for a new reservation after my dates change?
No fixed change charge is published on this site, and a change is not automatically free. Send your order ID and the new dates on WhatsApp, and the desk will tell you the quickest way to get a reservation that matches. Ask what it will cost before you agree to anything, and do not place a new order until you have that answer.
Can I change the delivery date after I have paid?
Ask on WhatsApp with your order ID and the new date, and do it before the date you originally chose if you can. The reservation is issued on the date you picked under "When do you want to receive it?", and the order is final from that moment, so a message sent after issue is a request for a new reservation.
Can I phone instead of sending a WhatsApp message?
The phone number is on the contact page. For anything about an existing order, a written message on WhatsApp or by email works better, because you can attach the payment screenshot or the PDF and spell a name exactly as it should read. Whichever you use, give the order ID first.
